Start working by creating a new file (File>New) of 925x1000px/96dpi. Using the Paint Bucket Tool (G), fill the new background layer with black color.

Next step select a standard brush (Opacity 20%) on a new layer (Create new layer) and represent a colored spot on the bottom part of the picture. The color chosen in this case is #FE007A

On the next new layer use the same brush (Opacity 20%) to paint the same zone with violet color.

The layer’s parameters: Blending mode-Exclusion

Create a new layer and select the same standard brush mentioned above to represent several colored spots reserved for the zone of the site’s header. The brush has the color #1208С0

Create a new layer again and try to represent a highlight on the site’s header, applying the same standard brush mentioned above (Diameter - 166, Hardness – 0%, Opacity - 10%).
The method includes multiple clicking on the same place to represent the basic highlight of the color #BBA88E. Then make the brush’s diameter smaller to paint the left part of the highlight with the color #997647. Using theEraser Tool (E), clean out the highlight the same way demonstrated below, leaving the place reserved for the menu’s buttons.

Blending mode-Linear Light

Create a new layer and use a standard brush to continue representing the colored spots on the site’s header. The brush is of the color #E201FF (Opacity – 10%)

On the next new layer we’ll represent three spots on the site’s header, selecting for this operation the Brush Tool (B).

Create a new layer again and put a spot this time of the color #8BDAE6 over the previous made one.

The layer’s parameters: Blending mode-Color

Create one more new layer where we’ll add another spot over the red one, colored with #FEFCE2 (Opacity - 40%). In this case we need the same Brush Tool (B).

Use the same brush mentioned above on a new layer to color with violet color the zone around the colored spots (Opacity – 20%).

Create a new layer again that will be used for marking out the spots more by darkening their edges. There will be used the same instrument of black color and Opacity of 30%.

Create a new layer, using here two types of tools – the Brush Tool (B) and the Smudge Tool to blur out the colored spot. The brush is of the color #6С28B7

Insert this time the site’s name, keeping the next indicated demands (used font).

The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Outer Glow

Next we’ll represent the menu’s buttons on the site’s header. Create a new layer and use the Elliptical Marquee Tool (M) while pressing SHIFT button to draw a white circle.

Choose Free Transform option to compress the spot by its vertical line and elongate it horizontally.

Make a copy of the last made layer and apply the option Fill – 20% for the lowest layer, but for the copy’s layer the option from below: Blending mode-Overlay

This will represent the top border of the panel with the menu’s buttons on the site’s header. Make a copy of the recently made top border of the menu. Choose then Free Transform option to make the copy smaller with the effect Fill – 20% (press SHIFT button) and change the places of the copies’ layers. The layer with Fill – 20%effect should be placed above, but on the bottom – the layer with the effect Blending mode-Overlay

Next we need to represent a highlight on the left side of the top border of the menu’s buttons the same way we did earlier by compressing the circle to get the menu’s elements. The highlight has white color and the new element should be inserted on a new layer.

Make after two copies of the layer containing the highlight. The first copy will be situated lower (on the layers’ panel), choosing Free Transform option to enlarge it a little.

Choose these parameters for the copy layer: Blending mode-Soft Light

The second copy will be placed under the previous one (on the layers’ panel)

Insert now the titles for the menu’s buttons:

Introduce now the pictures we need under the panel containing the menu’s buttons on the site’s header.

Make copies of the pictures from the bottom range. Use Free Transform option to turn them over, put them into a rasterized layer and place them below:

Make a mouse click on the same layer on the layers’ panel on Add a Mask selection and select a standard brush of black color (Opacity 30%) to clean out the bottom part of the reflection.

On the last stage we’ll insert the copyright.
